Short biography in three lengths

Use whichever version fits your format.

One-line version

Lisa Tscherry is the founder of SatoShe, the leading Bitcoin education platform for women in the German-speaking countries and now home to an international community, and a Board Member of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland.

Medium version

Lisa Tscherry is the founder and CEO of SatoShe, the leading Bitcoin education platform for women in the German-speaking countries, which today also runs an English-language programme and community for women in other countries. She holds a Master's in Blockchain and Digital Currency (top of her year, University of Nicosia) and a Master's in Psychology (University of Zurich). As a Board Member of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland and a lecturer at HWZ Zurich, she combines technical depth with a psychological perspective. Since February 2024 she has educated more than 1,000 women.

Long version

Lisa Tscherry founded SatoShe after meeting women again and again who were curious about Bitcoin but could not find a way in that suited them. Her own path ran through psychology and business administration and through HR roles in banking and healthcare before it led to Bitcoin education. Today she runs monthly sessions in Zurich, held in German, alongside an 8-week programme, a private community and workshops for Swiss companies such as Sygnum Bank, Valiant Bank and Swisscom. The English-language programme and the monthly community calls bring together women from several countries, many of whom know no other woman in Bitcoin where they live. She speaks regularly at Bitcoin and finance conferences.

How We Ask to Be Named

The spelling is SatoShe, with a capital S in the middle. The registered company name is SatoShe GmbH.

SatoShe is an education provider and not an investment adviser. We give no investment recommendations, manage no assets and sell no financial products. We ask that coverage reflects this.

We work exclusively on Bitcoin. Describing SatoShe as a crypto offering is not accurate.
