What you are missing is less the knowledge than a room where you can ask questions without feeling foolish. That is what the Sessions are for: one evening, one topic, women standing where you stand. Afterwards you will know whether you want to go deeper. Most evenings in Zurich are held in German, and the online formats and the community are in English.
