The eight-week programme, run for your organisation
A dedicated cohort for your company
You can book the SatoShe Bitcoin Foundations programme as a closed cohort for your organisation. We agree the start and the finish together, and we accompany both with a live opening and a closing round, with representatives from your organisation joining if you wish.
Alternatively you buy a contingent of seats and allocate them as you see fit: to selected employees, to emerging talent, or as a gift to clients. It is an effective format for company events, anniversaries and client loyalty programmes. The next English-language cohort starts on 8 March 2027.
In practice, three occasions have emerged where contingents work particularly well. Onboarding: a new colleague joining a Bitcoin or blockchain team can hold a conversation and do the work after eight weeks, instead of reading up on the side for months. Upskilling: existing teams reach a shared level together, across departments. Retention: people who work in a fast-moving field and are given serious education for it tend to stay.

Composition
Women-only, women-first or mixed
Bitcoin is for everyone, and everyone benefits from the way I teach it. So you decide how the group is composed: women-only groups, mixed groups with a deliberate focus on reaching women, or a conventional mixed audience.
What works best depends on the size and the culture of the organisation. In larger institutions a women-only format is often the most effective way in, because questions get asked sooner. In smaller teams a mixed group usually works better. We look at what fits your organisation in the first call.

The pattern
What HR and leadership tell us afterwards
Even the sceptics stay with it. That is the feedback that comes back most often, and the one that matters most to us. A participant from a Swiss bank put it this way: it was enjoyable to be taught, however critical you happen to be of the subject. In a field that many experience as ideologically charged, that is not a given.
People leave with something concrete. Not with an opinion, but with the ability to place things. Several organisations report that money, inflation and digital assets were discussed differently in the team afterwards, more factually and with far less hesitation.
And they book again. A talk turns into a workshop, a workshop turns into a second date for another department. For us that is the only evidence that counts, because it cannot be staged.

Instead of an empty email, you answer a short form: format, how the group is made up, roughly how many people, the topic, timing, location and budget range. One question per screen, about four minutes in total.
That gives me everything I need for a proposal, and you get a concrete suggestion within two working days rather than a follow-up question. If you would rather talk it through, a 25 minute introductory call works just as well, in English or German.
