2 Purpose of this website

This website sets out the educational offers of SatoShe GmbH: the 8-week programme, membership of the SatoShe Circle, the monthly SatoShe Sessions, one-to-one coaching, and talks and training for companies.

SatoShe teaches how Bitcoin works and the economic context it sits in. SatoShe gives no investment recommendations, manages no assets and sells no financial products. What you do with what you learn is your decision, ideally together with professionals you trust.

3 Liability for content

The content of this website is prepared with care and reviewed regularly. Even so, no guarantee can be given for its accuracy, completeness or currency. Bitcoin is a field in which technical details, providers and legal frameworks keep changing.

Liability for damage arising from the use or non-use of the information provided is excluded as far as the law permits.

4 Liability for links

This website links to external websites, for example to events, books, providers and media coverage. We have no influence over their content. Responsibility for it lies solely with the operator of the site in question.

At the time the links were set, no unlawful content was apparent. If you notice a link that looks problematic, write to me and I will check it.

5 Affiliate links

The recommendations page carries a few links through which SatoShe GmbH receives a small share: at Relai and Pocket Bitcoin through the code SATOSHE, on books through the Amazon affiliate programme, and on the degree programme at the University of Nicosia. Relai and Pocket Bitcoin are Swiss providers, so the code applies where their service is available.

Nothing changes for you as a result, and with the code SATOSHE you actually save. Whether a recommendation appears on that page does not depend on a share. It is disclosed openly on the recommendations page itself.

The photographs from events show participants of the SatoShe Sessions. The registration page states explicitly that photographs are taken at the events and that the pictures are used on the website and on social media.
