Good to know
The formats are not mutually exclusive
Many women come to a session first, book the programme afterwards and then stay on in the Circle. Others start with the programme straight away because they want to make progress quickly.
Circle membership is already included in both versions of the course, six months with self-paced and twelve months with live-guided. So there is no need to book it twice.
