SatoShe Circle

Membership

Stay with it. Together, from wherever you are.

There are women who hold Bitcoin in every country. Most of them do not know a single other one where they live. The SatoShe Circle brings them together: a private community for women who want to understand Bitcoin properly, at their own pace, with substance instead of noise, and with monthly live calls in English.

The thinking behind it

Bitcoin is not something you understand in a weekend.

Bitcoin is not a subject you work through once and then tick off. It keeps opening up over time, economically, politically and psychologically. That is exactly what the SatoShe Circle is for.

Once a month we meet live, in English. You bring your questions, I bring current developments and research. In between you are in a private community with women who are on the same path, from IT to healthcare, from the complete beginner to the woman who has been holding her own keys for years, and from a number of different countries.

What grows here is a room for thinking rather than a helpdesk.

What is included

Your membership at a glance

Six building blocks that keep you with the subject.

12 live calls a year, in English

Once a month, in the evening Zurich time, online and in English. Not lectures, but answers to the questions you actually have. A protected space that we deliberately do not record. Internally these evenings are called SatoShe Salons, and they are the heart of the membership.

Guest speakers

Exclusive to the community: specialists on topics such as mining, tax and legal questions, which the course deliberately does not cover at this depth.

Resource library

In depth articles, curated sources and the recordings of the guest sessions in one place. You can find again what you did not need the first time round.

Knowledge shared between members

A protected space on Circle, for members only. This is where women ask each other questions, share what they have learned and think things through together, across countries and time zones.

Four session tickets and 20 per cent off

Included in the annual membership, worth up to CHF 316, plus 20 per cent off every further session. To be straight with you: the SatoShe Sessions take place in Zurich and are usually held in German, so these tickets are a bonus for members who can make it there, not the reason to join.

First to know

Priority access to new programmes, events and collaborations, often before they are announced publicly.

You are not the only one

The core is the monthly live calls, and they reach you anywhere

There are women who hold Bitcoin in every country. Most of them do not know a single other one in their own circle, and they carry the subject on their own. They are far more numerous than they think. That is what the SatoShe Circle exists to change: twelve live calls a year in English, women from different countries in the same room, and a community where you stop being the only one.

Everything at the core of the membership happens online. The live calls, the guest speakers, the resource library and the daily exchange between members are all fully remote. Whether you are in Zurich, London, Lisbon, Singapore or a small town where nobody around you has heard of self custody makes no difference to what you get.

The four session tickets in the annual membership are a bonus for anyone who can get to Zurich, where the evenings are usually held in German. They are explicitly not the reason the membership is worth it. There are larger gatherings in person twice a year, and as the community grows, in other places too.

The difference

Newsletter or Circle?

Both are good ways in. One keeps you informed, the other takes you further.

Voices from the Circle

What members say

★★★★★
«What convinced me was the way SatoShe shows up on LinkedIn: serious, factual and well founded. Exactly what I want to see in a financial context. Here I have found a community of women that is strong on substance and still cares about a beautiful setting. That combination of quality, style and real depth is genuinely rare. Being part of a Swiss community from Germany is wonderful.»

«Getting to know Lisa in person and meeting other women who are into Bitcoin. Lisa knows a great deal about Bitcoin and passes it on very well. What I am taking away: the courage to be bolder.»

«As a wealth adviser I thought I understood financial systems. The monthly calls in the SatoShe Circle showed me how much I still did not know about monetary policy, about inflation, about the fragility of the system I work in. What I value most: Lisa does not treat us like beginners. She goes deep, she brings research, and I still never feel stupid for asking a question.»
Sarah M.
Wealth adviser, Zurich
★★★★★
«I am a lawyer and I advise international clients on regulatory questions. Bitcoin kept coming up in conversation and I did not feel competent enough to join in. The SatoShe Circle changed that. What helps me most is that the calls are not lectures. Lisa answers the questions we actually bring. And then there are the other women, so different, from IT to healthcare, but all on the same path. That takes the pressure off.»

★★★★★
«For me the SatoShe Circle works like a mastermind group. The women here think long term, they ask the right questions, and Lisa brings a new perspective every time. We do not just talk about buying, we talk about the bigger picture. Why does Bitcoin exist? What does financial sovereignty actually mean? For me this is an investment in my financial education, and it pays off every month.»

Who leads the calls

Lisa Tscherry

I lead every live call myself. That means you get answers to whatever is on your mind right now, not a pre recorded package.

  • M.Sc. in Blockchain and Digital Currencies, University of Nicosia, top of her year
  • M.Sc. in Psychology, University of Zurich
  • Over 10 years in corporate HR and organisational development
  • Board Member of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland

What I bring to the live calls is current research, economic context and the psychological perspective on why we decide the way we do when money is involved.

Common questions

Good to know

Do I need any prior knowledge of Bitcoin?
No. Most members start from zero. The Circle is built as a space to learn without pressure.
What language does the Circle run in?
English. All twelve live calls, the guest sessions, the resource library and the written exchange in the community are in English. Members join from several countries, so English is simply the language we share. The SatoShe Sessions in Zurich are a separate format and are usually held in German.
What if I already own Bitcoin and consider myself advanced?
Then you may get even more out of it. The SatoShe Circle is not a helpdesk for beginners, it is a room for thinking. Many members already hold Bitcoin, understand the fundamentals and manage their own custody, but they do it in isolation. What tends to be missing is structured reflection, intelligent exchange and long term context. In the Circle the different levels of experience strengthen the conversation: beginners bring fresh questions, advanced members bring perspective. If you are looking for depth, clarity and considered exchange, you will feel at home.
What is the difference between the Circle and the course?
The 8 week course gives you a structured foundation with workbooks and guided learning. The Circle supports you in staying with it for the long run. Many women choose both: the course first, then the Circle. Membership is already included in both versions of the course.
What if I live outside Switzerland?
That is the normal case rather than the exception. Members join from several countries, and everything at the core of the membership is online: the monthly live calls in English, the guest speakers, the resource library and the community. Most of our members do not know another woman locally who is into Bitcoin, which is precisely why the Circle exists. The four session credits in the annual membership are mainly useful for members near Zurich, and they are a bonus rather than the core. Gatherings in person happen twice a year and can take place in different locations as the community grows.
Is it worth it if I can never get to Zurich?
Yes, and this is worth being clear about. The value sits in the twelve live calls, the guest sessions, the library and the community you can reach from anywhere. If you can also make it to Zurich, the four session credits that come with the annual membership (worth up to CHF 316) and the 20 per cent discount are a welcome extra, but the membership stands on its own without them.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. No hidden conditions.
Is there a community platform?
Yes. We use Circle.so, a private, structured platform exclusively for members.
When do the live calls take place?
Once a month, in the evening Zurich time, which is Central European Time, online. The dates are set well in advance so you can plan around them wherever you are. If a call falls at an impossible hour for your time zone, write to me and we will look at what is possible.
Are the live calls recorded?
Our monthly live calls, known inside the Circle as SatoShe Salons, are a protected live space. Regular salons are deliberately not recorded so that everyone can speak freely. For guest sessions we record the input and the moderated questions only, and the recording then goes into the community. The open exchange between members always stays unrecorded.
Is this only for women?
Yes. SatoShe is a space by women for women. We are convinced that women thrive in environments where they can learn and ask questions freely, without pressure and without judgement.

Education, not investment advice

SatoShe teaches how Bitcoin works, what it does and the economic context it sits in. We do not give investment recommendations, we do not manage assets and we do not sell financial products. What you do with what you learn is your own decision, ideally together with professionals you trust.
