Episode 1
with Steffi · September 2026 · in German

Steffi’s path from saving to value investing to Bitcoin

Steffi has two small children, has lived in Switzerland for almost twenty years and spent many years working in finance. She grew up being told to save, save, save. When a large Zurich bank handed her around a hundred pages of investment proposals, very little of it made sense to her, and once she did the maths on the examples, almost nothing was left at the end of the term. From then on she taught herself everything, in the middle of early motherhood, listening to podcasts on her walks. Her advice to women who are just starting out is refreshingly concrete: give yourself three months, do not stop before that, and leave the technology aside at first.
